As a data controller, Kidozia will only use data processors that comply with the applicable data protection laws. You may or may transfer personal data stored in the Controller's Database to the following data processors:

Orders placed on the Kidozia interface will include your personal information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and shipping, billing information. The data processing is carried out in accordance with the general data protection regulation of the European Union (Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, hereinafter: GDPR). The legal basis for data management is the fulfillment of contractual obligations and legal obligations related to billing (based on Article 6 (1) (b) and (c) of the GDPR).

7. The Data Protection Officer of the controller

-verifies compliance with the GDPR and other legal provisions, as well as internal policies regarding personal data protection

8. Remedies
